Q: When will pre orders end?
A: August 8th, 10am (PST).
Q: Where are you shipping from?
A: Denmark, Europe.
Q: Are you shipping worldwide?
A: Yes we are! But due to COVID-19, there might be some countries that have closed borders, which means some problems may occur and the shipping time will be longer than usual.
Q: What currency are the prices in?
A: USD.
Q: I want to change something in my order / address is wrong. What should I do?
A: Please email us at [email protected] before the pre orders end, or latest by the first week after the pre order ends! We will be sending out an email to all customers to verify your address before shipment.
Q: When will I receive my order(s)?
A: We will commence shipping after the preorder period ends. Please follow us on our social media for any production and shipping updates.
Shipping usually takes 6~21 working days (not including weekends) depending on the location but due to COVID-19, shipping times might be slightly longer.
Q: What will happen if packages are either damaged or lost?
A: We will be adding tracked shipping as an option. If it does get damaged because of the post office, that is something out of our control. If you do add tracked shipping and it gets lost, we will replace it.
Q: Do you allow refunds? What can I do if I want to upgrade my bundle?
A: All orders are final. This means that we will not be allowing refunds or cancellations. If you wish to upgrade your bundle, please reach out to us via email or DMs. Q: Do you allow group orders? What counts as a group order? How can I organise a group order?
A: Yes, we will be allowing group orders! Group orders can be as small as three bundles. If you are interested in hosting a group order, please contact us via email or DMs. We cannot guarantee that shipping prices will be cheaper via a group order. We also reserve the rights to reject any group orders. Once the bundles are shipped to the respective group order managers, the responsibility is out of our hands. We will not take any responsibility for damaged or lost items that happen during the process of shipping from the manager to the respective buyers.
Q: Can I buy a physical zine if I'm based in the UK / EU?
A: Yes, you will be able to purchase physical items if you are based in the UK / EU. For UK citizens, please note shipping prices are much higher due to the VAT taxes charged.
